20 fellow past life practitioners, and myself, all practicing various styles of past life regression were invited to co-author a book published by the Near Death Institute on past lives, karmic relationships and various spiritual topics to help people release fear around these issues and move forward. It has been a phenomenal experience to work with and get to know the other authors, and learn from them all in different ways. Many of the co-authors share client experiences with past life regression, or their own past lives. The perspectives and outlooks are diverse. There is something for everyone. Every angle is covered.
In my chapter I share my own personal journey, before I found QHHT, what led me here. It's about how I have used past life regression and other modalities and spiritual experiences, such as a surprise public visitation from Mother Mary, to gain a deeper understanding and healing of my karmic relationship with my mother. I share parts of my own story that may be useful for others and what I see others struggling with in my practice. Understanding is power and once you understand you can start to heal. It is a honest, vulnerable account of a single relationship in my life that I have learnt so much from, and that has taken me down this incredible path of growth, and for that gift I have immense gratitude. My clients share their stories with me every day and so I wanted to share mine with you. We are walking the same path home. We got this! It's possible to fully heal from all of it and leave it all behind you. Knowing that full healing and a state of joy are absolutely possible is sometimes half the journey. And often we truly need to know the full back story as to why this all happened, in order to make sense of it and let go of the pain, and anger. I hope these many varied stories inspire you and free you from all that is holding you back!
