This is an opportunity to let go of what was not working and create the new reality you would like to live. You are the creator of your reality. You will leave with a custom audio of about 10-15 mins for you to repeat daily for the next 21 days minimum to build in the new beliefs. . This is all about becoming the best version of you, so you can live your life at its fullest expression, most abundant, and most at peace. Regression can uncover root causes of sub conscious issues that may be holding you back and we will use tools to release and heal these limiting beliefs. The session consists of two meetings. The Hypnosis session (it is available on zoom or in person) is around 1.5 hours, but we will also schedule a phone chat for around 30 -40mins or to discuss the issue in depth and get some background for the session. This phone meeting is required for the custom prep and structuring of the session for your optimal benefit, prior to meeting for the hypnosis session.
