This is an opportunity to learn to meditate in the larger energies of a group, deepen your connection to your Higher self and the Divine, and experience an expansion in your consciousness. ​ These are deeply practical skills you can use on your own for the rest of your life in your personal practice, as you build this conscious connection to your Higher Self.
